From the reviews
I have been coming to BEST physical therapy for several months now. Jordan & Kit are great clinicians who try to provide a fun and informational atmosphere. I can ask them any questions about the body and they'll give me easy to understand knowledge that helps my rehab.
It's been an absolute pleasure working with Morgan. In the past 5 weeks she has taken my pain level down significantly due to sciatica nerve pain from a back injury. Morgan also recommended cupping and dry needling to assist in my recovery time and it was so worth it.
Morgan did the most thorough PT evaluation I've had in my 72 yrs. of needing therapy many times in several offices. She's created a individualized program that is has helped from the first visit! Cupping and dry needing are included in the fee. Payment is on line, super easy!
Jordan and Kit are the best! I’ve never experienced such a professional and knowledgeable staff. Jordan has changed my life! He explains the body and all its functions which I’ve never had from any other PT,especially with chronic illness. The environment isn’t only knowledgeable but welcoming and fun!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
