From the reviews

My experience with Kevin Hahn has been outstanding. He is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. From the very beginning, he asked all the right questions to understand my concerns and develop the most effective treatment plan. I really appreciate his performance-based approach to treatment.

★★★★★ — Brianne, Jul 2026

I highly recommend Kevin Hahn at Roots Acupuncture! I’ve been seeing him for six weeks for a right ankle issue. Thanks to his care, my ankle is actively improving and I’m hoping to avoid surgery. Kevin treats the whole body, not just the injury.

★★★★★ — Kathy, Jun 2026

Kevin’s passion for all around health shows up the second you meet him. Each session has me leaving taller, straighter, in less pain, and with a little more understanding of what’s going on inside. A wealth of information, you can relax knowing you’re in good hands.

★★★★★ — Bo, Jun 2026

This kids the REAL DEAL. Saw Kevin and felt great immediately after. Didn’t think it got any better until i woke up next morning. Pain/Soreness gone.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
