From the reviews
My regular massages with Robin help keep my neck, shoulder and back pain at bay, as well as help me manage my stress. I was a little nervous to get massages during this pandemic, but she takes precautions to ensure that we are both safe during our sessions.
Professional, very relaxing. She really helped me out with my neck pain.
I’ve been in the beauty industry for 15 years. I’ve had massage services from co-workers & have gone to massage franchises. But I have never had anyone so knowledgeable, caring or talented as Robin, work on me. I feel like I’ve been blessed to find her!
Robin is the absolute best massage therapist I have ever experienced. She has helped me relieve pain and tension in my neck, shoulders and hips and she has restored my ability to move and work normally. To say she is amazing, isn’t really saying enough.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
