From the reviews
My entire visit, from the moment I stepped through the door, was amazing! The ladies were more than kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The infrared sauna was heavenly…I felt so good after! Then, my massage (hour long, and my first massage, so half myofascial release and half massage) with Mary Pat was amazing!!
Lovely space with good energy. Robin is excellent with the cups and my arms feel much better.
My partner rented this absolutely STUNNING room at Full Circle Wellness for his breathwork sessions twice while we were back in Kentucky and each time was absolutely perfect. Such a wonderful experience!
Such a beautiful space! As soon as you walk in it feels cozy and calming. Tracey did such a fantastic job with the building and the selfcare things you can do in there are amazing!! 🙏🏼🥰 Massages, infrared saunas, yoga, sound baths, and so much more!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
