From the reviews
Nando is truly exceptional. I’ve been seeing him for myofascial release massage, and his knowledge, skill, and intuitive understanding of the body are on a completely different level. He explains what he’s doing, listens carefully, and tailors each session to exactly what my body needs.
I had a great experience. My ribs had been causing my trouble, and we did some adjustments and cupping. I feel much better. My lungs no longer feel like they are being squeezed by my ribs.
Dr. Nugent is excellent. He takes time to listen and he works to fix the root of the problem. I also use Nando for myofascial release and he is great. They are very professional and great at communication. I highly recommend them.
Dr. Strang is THE BEST. I have been to multiple chiropractors over the years that were great but Dr. Strang is by far in a league of her own. Her approach is so refreshing.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
