From the reviews

This place truly blew me away. I had no idea such an impressive facility existed here! The space is modern, beautiful, spotlessly clean, and a pleasure to just be in. I just had my third red light/vibration plate session, and my dermatitis and eczema have DRAMATICALLY reduced, and I just feel better overall.

I recently visited Heal and Wellness Center and couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff has genuine expertise and makes you feel like you’re in capable hands.

★★★★★ — Maddy, May 2026

I’ve had a lot of massages over the years, and I work out regularly, so I know the difference between a good massage and a truly exceptional one. My massage with Mesha at Heal Wellness was one of the best I’ve ever experienced.

★★★★★ — Anthony, Jun 2026

My first experience at Heal was wonderful. The space is calm and clean. The staff is welcoming, helpful and provided guidance to help make the most of my time during the contrast therapy. The therapy rooms have new equipment. The shower and tub was clean and user friendly.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
