Ritual House is the absolute best cupping I have ever had. I sit at a desk the majority of the week and don’t always use the best posture. This, like for most people, lead to a lot of tension forming in my mid to lower back as well as neck area.
I love Ritual House! Not only is the space such a vibe, Jessica is also an amazing acupuncturist. She's helped me so much on my journey to balancing my hormones with acupuncture and herbs. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.
Great place for some acupuncture and cupping! The place is very bright and relaxing. Jessica has done a great job of decorating the place to feel like home so you don't feel like you're at a clinic. She's great at understanding your needs and your body to make you feel better. I always walk out of there very relaxed.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
