What clients say about the cupping here
“Audrey herself is an amazing person and is very professional.”
“I am hard on my body through work and sports, after a visit with Audrey I am relaxed and pain free!”
From the reviews
Audrey is the best massage therapist! She is kind, caring, always tries to help with my particular problem areas by giving me ideas or research she has done because she cares. Audrey is very respectful of the time and money I’ve spent to schedule an appointment with her, which means a lot to me.
Audrey is a wonderful massage therapist! She is very knowledgeable, compassionate and thoughtful. I always leave with my well being so much better then when I arrived. I appreciate the thought and care she puts into each massage.
Audrey was amazing! I would recommend Rise 10 out 10 times. My back and feet feel a million times better after just one visit. Everything was clean and very comfortable.
I just recently got a massage from Audrey and it felt amazing. She really focuses on the areas that are needing. I had a few knots in my back and she was able to work those out but overall the whole massage was great. Audrey herself is an amazing person and is very professional.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
