From the reviews
I have been coming here for almost two years and have had wonderful care. In those two years I've had two shoulder surgeries. The care I've gotten prior to and after each one has been the best. They are very knowledgeable and do well adjusting to each patient's situation.
GO Grand Island Physical Therapy has been excellent for me. I've been there twice in the last couple years, for two unrelated issues, and both times I have felt better and no pain after completing my program. Dr. Justin Kral and the rest of the team are easy going, and it makes your visit very pleasant and relaxing.
I came to GO PT South with a severe mobility problem. My PT sessions with Wendy were extremely productive! She provided exercises I could do between appointments that allowed me to gain strength and rebalance for better mobility. Wendy explained why things were “off” and helped me get back on track.
I’ve been to GO PT South for two different issues, most recently for my total knee replacement, and the care has been outstanding. Wendy is truly one of the best—she explains everything clearly and makes you feel confident throughout the entire rehab process.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
