From the reviews

I had my left knee replaced mid February and I started PT about a week later. My main therapist was Andrea and she was just great. She really encourages and challenges you in a good way. I had other therapists while I was there as well they were very good and they really were fun to be with.

This place is awesome. Nicole and Mollie has got me thru many flare up episodes of my lymphedema in my left arm. They have got me thru 3 cellulitis episodes in 1 years time. They are knowledgeable and work diligently to find the correct solution for each individual. They are so friendly and patient.

Today I washed windows!!!! Yes, I found that exciting!! I could reach all the way to the top corners. Three weeks ago I couldn’t raise my left arm to scratch my head without real pain. I’ve come a long way and have more work to do, but I couldn’t do it without Mollie, Nicole, and Elizabeth.

★★★★★ — Ellen, May 2026

I have received Massage PT for a Mastectomy. Molly, Nicole and Cora have made such a difference in my scar tissue and fluid build up. I highly recommend this place. I have also had excellent care with Vertigo from Travis, Logan, and many others who did exercise build up with me.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
