From the reviews
Kate is an amazing therapist. Her level of communication through every step of your booking, intake, and session is outstanding. Kate takes the time to truly understand her clients needs, concerns, and expectations.
Amber worked slowly & thoughtfully, catching a lot of the "right spots" along the way, which isn't something that's easy to find in a therapist, as most therapists work fast & miss a lot.
Kate is absolutely incredible at what she does. Her new recovery spa location is stunning. It’s beautifully decorated, clean, and so peaceful. I left feeling completely restored. I can’t say enough good things about her and this place. Highly recommend!
Kate is an upbeat, positive, energetic person with a sincere passion for restoring mental and physical health from the inside out. Her technique is special and very effective. I will be returning soon for more bodywork as I continue my health journey.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
