From the reviews

Kristina was fantastic at guiding me through the healing session and had an incredibly soothing presence. Any meaningful experience of healing often stirs up uncomfortable feelings but I felt comfortable and safe in her hands as she guided me through the process.

★★★★★ — Elgi, Jul 2025

I had an incredible Bodywork session with Kristina. From the very beginning, she was intuitive, thoughtful, and deeply knowledgeable. Throughout the session, she shared helpful insights and recommendations, including an herbal tea blend to support my menstrual cycle and inflammation, which I really appreciated.

★★★★★ — Bree, Jan 2026

I can honestly say this was one of the best massage experiences I’ve had in a long time. I went in with significant neck pain and tension, and from the moment the session started, I felt I was in very knowledgeable and capable hands. Kristina listened carefully to my concerns and focused exactly where I needed it most.

★★★★★ — Renata, Jan 2026

kristina is more than just a massage therapist, she is a true healer. i went into my first appointment feeling deeply broken physically, mentally, and in my soul. she took the time to truly see my pain, to bear witness to it, and to sit with me in it. the bodywork session was unlike anything i have ever experienced.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
