From the reviews
Kelly knows just where to find the pain and work it out! Her cupping skills are out of this world! Her Energy is so healing since she is also a Reiki Practitioner. Kelly offers Gift Certificates ... need a Great Christmas Gift or Birthday?
The best massage I've ever received! Kelly is very friendly, professional and welcoming. She knows what's she's doing and will leave you so relaxed and pain free. She's worked out the craziest knots that others never can properly deal with.
I have had chronic back, neck and head pain for over 2 years now. I have seen multiple providers for this including orthopedists, chiropractors, physical therapists, psychiatrists, neurologists, etc.
I've been seeing Kelly regularly for over a year. She has very strong and knowledgeable hands. When I first started seeing her I had knots in my shoulders and frequent headaches. These issues have been resolved through monthly massages.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
