This spa is a heavenly oasis with professionals exceptionally skilled at their craft! From the moment you walk in you are greeted with kindness along with a beautiful atmosphere. My massage was amazing, and definitely worth every penny and The BEST massage I’ve ever had.
I had a fabulous deep tissue massage and scalp treatment with Tristina. It was wonderfully relaxing but also gave me back range of motion I was missing with my neck. The spa is beautifully appointed and it’s easy to feel like you are in a magnificent oasis far from all stress in your life when you are there!
What a wonderful experience! Everyone was so warm and friendly from the first phone call. I had never been there before and felt very comfortable from the moment I walked through the front door. I would absolutely recommend going there. They have so many treatments available, too many to list. Worth checking out.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
