What a wonderful experience! Everyone was so warm and friendly from the first phone call. I had never been there before and felt very comfortable from the moment I walked through the front door. I would absolutely recommend going there. They have so many treatments available, too many to list. Worth checking out.
Lovely space! The services were great and staff was so friendly & professional. Definitely went the extra mile - I left a piece of jewelry in the changing room and a staff member dropped it off at my hotel after she closed for the evening! So, so unexpected and appreciated!

What a lovely “escape”. Erica has created an oasis of relaxation from the minute you walk in. Thoughtfully decorated with simple but beautiful pieces throughout. The service is outstanding. You feel as though everyone there truly loves being a part of this special place. 10/10!!!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
