I had a wonderful massage, as usual, this past week at Alicia's. I see Ingrid, who is fabulous! The staff is terrific and very accommodating. Appointments are easy to schedule. You can even schedule online.

Nikki is hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable and cared for. Her technique is incredible—she knew exactly how to target all my problem areas while still making the session deeply relaxing.

★★★★★ — Julia, Dec 2024

I went to Anna W. because of my frozen shoulder pain. She listened to my concerns carefully. Her treatment was definitely what I needed! She knew exactly what to do. I felt instant relief. Her massages were the best I have had. Additionally, I was so relaxed. She also reviewed how I felt after the last massage.

In a small strip shopping center in a nice area. Comfortable lobby, friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable treatment rooms and tables. The therapist will explain and guide you through the process. I've been going frequently, though not as frequently as I'd like 😀, for back, hip, and leg pain.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
