From the reviews
Holly is one of the best massage therapists I have ever gone to, and I am now a dedicated client. She takes the time to understand what muscles need worked on, etc. I highly recommend her to anyone in the area.
Holly has always been great to me. Through her years of experience she identified my shoulders limited range of motion I never knew existed. I will always see her when I am able to.
The absolute best massage I've ever gotten. Jan consistently gives an amazing massage working on whatever specific issues I come in with. She makes it so easy to book appointments that are convenient for my schedule. I highly recommend Jan Spoth for any type of massage you are looking for.
I suffered from a work related injury. I did not want to take medication. Holly did a fantastic job of not only relieving my pain, but actually helping me recover. I now go in for regular therapy sessions to keep me pain free and at peak performance. Thank you Holly.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
