Renewed wellness massage, is amazing! The owner Amanda, goes above an beyond to make you feel comfortable an relaxed. She ask you where on your body does it hurts, an other medical issue she needs to be awear of to help you feel better. I have always left feeling like a new person. My Body feel atlest 10 years younger!
Amanda is what has been missing from my life. :) I have a completely new back after my first session with her. She was thorough and took the time to really get into my tight shoulders and release the tension. She communicated throughout the session to meet my comfort level while working through some serious knots.
I just got a 90 min massage from Amanda at Renewed Wellness. Without a doubt the best massage Ive ever had. She knows how to find all of the problem areas and uses different techniques to fix them all. I was absolutely blown away with it. Super friendly and a great atmosphere.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
