From the reviews
Run, don't walk to this place. I had Sue do a therapeutic massage and it was fantastic. We discussed my problem areas and history from the start and she went to work on my neck and shoulders. I added cupping as well.
This was a new place for me to try their infrared Sauna. Such a great experience. Friendly service... They offer water with electrolyte packets, and a wet minted scented towel to wipe down with afterwards.
I could list a hundred compliments for Circle of Life and it would not be enough to describe how beneficial they have been to my overall wellbeing. There are so many treatments and experiences offered. This place is a game changer. The environment is quiet, calm and welcoming.
My Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage was AMAZING. First time ever getting one. It definitely hit deep. I felt so free and light after wards. Have someone else feet on me was not an issue it actually felt no different than hands. It wasn’t uncomfortable or incredibly painful at all.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
