I’ve been going here for a while now and every experience has been amazing. Stacie is incredible at what she does and always takes the time to ask which areas need the most attention or work. The environment is so relaxing, calming, and welcoming from the moment you walk in.
I’m a pretty new customer to Circle of Life but I’m a very happy new customer. I’ve done a few of their services and have loved every one. I was introduced to float therapy at another spa, but they had nothing on these guys. The float room is perfect and serene. As far as the staff goes they are amazing.
Very professional, listened to my concerns, checked in throughout the session. The experience was much better than I expected, and I left feeling comfortable with the treatment. I’m looking forward to continuing over the coming weeks.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
