From the reviews
Looking for an incredible deep tissue massage? Sara and her team are incredible and listen to not only you but your body's needs. I suffer from RA and also post menopausal symptoms not to mention everyday stress. Sara recommended cupping, CBD oils and heat treatment. I left there feeling amazing
This is the best experience I have ever had getting a professional massage. Sara is experienced and personable, and really takes the time to get your input and make sure you get the most out of your appointments.
I've been seeing Sara several years now. I contacted Release Massage to try to schedule a last minute massage but couldn't find the available appointment online. I called but their voicemail was full but it said that you could text them.
I saw Sara for a prenatal massage. I was desperate from sciatic pain, and she squeezed me in last minute and stayed late to help me. She honestly cares about her clients and helping them heal and feel better. I have had a lot of massages, and this was honestly the most attention to detail I’ve ever experienced.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
