Kim is a miracle worker. I have been in chronic pain for 20 years due to a herniated disc in my back and with her methods she has reduced my pain a lot more than any opioid ever did. Everytime I go in feeling miserable, I leave feeling great and energized.
Going to see Kim for acupuncture is amazing. She is so kind, caring and really listens to what is going on... Acupuncture has helped me with less stress, relaxation, improved sleep, less irritated with PMS symptoms and im a better mom to my sweet kiddos. I wish I could go every week to see KIM!
Kim is so knowledgeable, professional and kind. She helped me with a sports related elbow injury after other remedies weren't effective. Her treatment space is clean, bright and welcoming. I'll continue to see her until my injury is fully healed as well as general maintenance and healing.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
