From the reviews
A welcoming and comfortable environment tucked away in a corner on the (wheelchair accessible by elevator) third floor. Always clean, quiet, and professional. I came here as almost a last resort for relief from hip pain due to ankylosing spondylitis and was really surprised at how much it helped.
I've seen Dale on several occasions. She is a great therapist addressing areas that I've had trouble with and she has either alleviated my muscle issues or fixed them. I find Dale knowledgeable about the muscular structure and she shares and educates me regarding the muscles she is working on at the time.
Sarah was amazing! They are invested in learning what you and your body needs, reviews all your concerns thoroughly and delivers an amazing massage. They are intuitive, thoughtful, and very communicative. Their space is warm and welcoming; putting you right at ease the moment you enter.
I have regular massages but now I have cancer that has spread to my bones. I am very careful to go only to an experienced therapeutic massage therapist. Rejuvenations offers impeccable client care. Professional but not cold. I'm very excited to have found them since moving to the area just a few months ago.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
