Why Amanda Rowe Professional Massage LLC is listed — cupping is a treatment, not a Google category, so we only list a provider when there's real proof they offer it. Here's what we found: “on your frozen shoulder, tight upper back, tennis elbow, tension headaches, sciatica, tight hips, shin splints, plantar fasciitis and more. I do a prenatal massage that gets into all those tired muscles too. We can add cupping, tool work,…” source →

From the reviews
Amanda got me in on super short notice and the stars aligned for me to bave a 90 minite massage and cupping! My back was an absolute mess when I walked in, but when I walked out, I felt worlds better! Amanda is amazing and I will definitely be returning monthly!
I have visited Emily at Amanda Rowe several times and she's incredible. She's the best massage therapist I've ever had. I originally met with her in Newburyport at Massage Only and followed her to Exeter because she's that good. I've had several massage therapists over the years and Emily rises above all of them.
Emily was phenomenal and pure magic! Not only was she attentive both before and during my massage, but I left feeling like a whole new person. I can’t recommend her enough and look forward to booking with her again.
Amanda is a very talented deep tissue massage therapist! My chiropractor recommended her as the best in the area for therapeutic bodywork.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
