From the reviews

Wanted to find a massage close to my hotel after traveling for the last few weeks and left feeling completely renewed and refreshed! Kat was amazing and I would absolutely come back in the future.

I saw Alice for a 90 minute Swedish/Thai massage combo and I was left feeling like I was floating. I could tell that I was walking differently (in a good way) and posture seemed to have improved. Alice seemed to be an expert practitioner.

I've been scheduling sessions with Sai at Rejuvenate Massage for a couple years now. Sai is amazing!! She has great technique, a lot of experience, and really puts effort into customizing her approach and identifying and working on all the problem areas. She is also very strong! Exactly what I've needed for my issues!

★★★★★ — Cheryl, Dec 2025

Amazing experience! I scheduled my massage with Helen. I actually knew her prior to my appointment because she will come to my place of work and offer 15 minute massages for the employees. So I knew what to expect. I scheduled a 2 hr massage and omg I needed that!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
