From the reviews
Dr. Adam is incredible! I can’t recommend him highly enough! I wish I could visit him regularly, but I don’t live in Northern California. I found him on my insurance provider list, as I was prepping for my trip to San Francisco for my first ever Alcatraz Sharkfest Swim!
Dr. Adam is a miracle worker on every level. I had plantar fasciitis for 6 months and the ice packs, the devices and even the steroid injection did nothing. Two visits to Dr. Adam and I can walk without limping. For those afflicted, please consider acupuncture. Thank you Dr. Adam!
Dr Adam was great. I was visiting San Francisco and I got the sharpest pain in my shoulder, I called few places but he was able to fit me in within two hours. He was very welcoming and friendly. Very helpful and patient. I felt immediately better the next morning. location wise I loved it.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
