Reborn Acupuncture is absolutely amazing, to say the least. I have tried just about every service offered. I've had a total of 4 massage package purchases up until now, multiple sessions of the 2 forms of cupping that are offered, and the acupuncture.
Have you ever had a massage so good it makes you cry on the table because you realize how much stress you've been carrying around in your body? Lora is THE BEST and I cant wait to see her again. Her hands somehow find all the trigger points and she knows exactly the amount of pressure to use to relax the muscles.
I booked this Swedish Massage through Classpass. I am actually writing this review as I am exiting the building because I wanted to make sure that I left a review before I forgot. The experience was absolutely fantastic! The entire staff is very friendly with positive energy beaming in their presence.
Just finished my 2-hour session of massage here, and Lora was professional with diligence and the pressure level was good enough for me. She would check with me whether the pressure and temperature were appropriate for me from time to time. All the staff there were really nice.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
