From the reviews

Teresa is highly experienced in women's health, especially prenatal and postnatal care. I came monthly aching in pain during my 2nd and 3rd trimester and each time the massage session was complete, I felt like I was walking on clouds. Her massage table is not a hole with a belly cut out - those are dangerous.

★★★★★ — Tammie, Oct 2022

I had a wonderful experience and give her five stars without hesitation. She is incredibly attentive, caring, and warm. From the moment the session began, she did everything possible to make me feel comfortable and at ease. What stood out most was the level of detail and thought she puts into her work.

★★★★★ — Ms., Feb 2026

Visiting Teresa for massage therapy has been a life-changing experience for me. Her expertise in prenatal ano postpartum care sets her apart as truly one-of-a-kind. Teresa has a magical touch, and she dedicates time to understand your specific needs, tailoring each session to offer a personalized experience.

★★★★★ — Linda, Apr 2024

Teresa is amazing to work with. I've had two stubborn spots of significant chronic pain on my back that have been deeply bothering me for months. Teresa actually relieved the pain and my back feels better, which is crazy because nothing else has worked.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
