From the reviews
Dr. Erica is the best! I went to her for accupuncture throughout my entire pregnancy as well as cupping toward the end for back and neck pain. Dr. Erica has a great bedside manner and truly cares about her patients.
Dr. Erica is truly amazing! I went to her for both of my pregnancies to help naturally with induction. Not only is she is extremely knowledgable, kind & supportive, her office also provides a tranquil vibe. I walked away more relaxed than a prenatal massage! Highly recommend
My fiancee and I have been going to Rebalance acupuncture for 2 months and we cannot recommend it enough. Dr. Erica and Jin have been so responsive and comprehensive with our treatment. I personally have seen benefits related to reproductive health, mainly symptoms of PCOS, but also stress and wellbeing.
I’ve been going to Erica now for over a year to help promote egg quality/successful IVF transfer, and at this stage, to enhance my pregnancy experience. I cannot stress how amazing this woman has been to me throughout my fertility journey.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
