From the reviews

The most relaxing massage that left me feeling brand new! She was very professional and the appointment was easy to book! The area was clean and quiet. Bonus, it is located in the motel so I was able to go back to my room and continue relaxing! I will definitely be back next time I'm in town!

This was my first massage experience and it was perfect! Raylyn has a relaxing, calming setup and she made sure I was comfortable every step of the appointment. It was a great introduction to massage therapy for me and I can't wait to recommend her to others (and book again for myself!)

Wow! So glad to find this place! Raylyn has a great environment, I immediately felt comfortable in her inviting space. She worked on several problem areas for me and I’m happy to report I walked out feeling SO much better! Will definitely be booking again with her soon!

Raylynn is amazing! She is very thorough and considerate. She is professional and always ready and waiting for me with a smile on her face. You know it is a good massage when you wake yourself up snoring:))

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
