This place is amazing! Me or my husband had never had a professional massage. I called and set up the couples retreat with salt scrub and infra red wrap. Upon arriving was welcomed and was sent back within just a couple of minutes. I must say, the massage I received was better than anything I have ever experienced.
My 1st visit here was yesterday afternoon. Very relaxing. Had a half hour massage and she found knots I didn't know I had. I feel amazing. In the past, massage has left me sore the next day; I can feel it this time but I'm not uncomfortable at all and yet the knots are gone and I feel much better.
White lotus is the absolute best! Nalini is not only a phenomenal instructor, but she works wonders giving a massage! Extremely talented, and compassionate care is given every time. I have received the best massage, and so did my boyfriend from Nalini and Deb.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
