“Qiu is an excellent acupuncturist - I went to him for some pain I was experiencing in my wrist and still to this day - about 5 years later - I experience no pain at all.”
From the reviews
Dr. Qiu is extremely knowledgeable and skilled. I typically see a shift in the severity of any ailment he is treating me for within one or two appointments. He has helped me with things like sinus congestion, migraine pain, tremors, seizures, and hot flashes.
Buen ambiente :) yo me estoy tratando un problema de ciatica y lumbargia y ya me siento mejor. Lo recomiendo mucho
My son has seen Dr. Qiu a few times now and he has done amazing work! Every 3 months he needs 1 treatment to regain his emotional balance. In-between sessions he uses the herbal treatment pills ( the ones from the office are a stronger formulation than what you can buy online) It's amazing to me how much one treatment…
Dr. Qiu is very educated and experienced in acupuncture and herbal medicine that can heal or alleviate any type of pain you may be experiencing. After having chiropractic work on my lower sciatica for the past 3 months and still feeling pain everyday, I decided to switch to acupuncture; the best decision I could have…
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
