From the reviews

I have been going to Christine for regular massage therapy for over a year now, and cannot speak highly enough about the quality of care I have received. I deal with a variety of complex autoimmune and muscular issues, which she has thoughtfully and knowledgeably worked around to keep me feeling limber and pain-free.

Christine has been a life saver for me the past 2 years since meeting her! She is kind, compassionate, and generous along with being incredible talented as a massage therapist. She is very attentive to understand what you need, and I really trust her.

★★★★★ — Laura, Apr 2026

Christine is incredible and excels in multiple disciplines! Her deep tissue work was so therapeutic and the additions of gua sha, cupping, and hot stones added wonderful layers to the session.

★★★★★ — Joshua, Mar 2026

She’s the best! Christine is very professional and has fostered an environment to make her clients feel very comfortable during the whole process. She listens and provides very informed, therapeutic massage to treat pain and tightness, not just to relax (though it’s very relaxing too!!).

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
