From the reviews

Jordan does an amazing job with athletes- and I’m sure anyone else! His knowledge of anatomy and technique is the best in the area

★★★★★ — Megan, Feb 2026

Very professional and knowledgeable. I've went to Jordan twice now with separate injuries and each time he has been able to work out the issue at hand and restore motion for me long term. Jordan makes sure you are in a relaxed environment and will adjust temperature, lighting, etc. to your preferences.

★★★★★ — Sedona, Jun 2023

Jordan is amazing! I have had back issues for 7+ years and recently had a flare up. I’ve seen 10+ doctors/PTs but they weren’t helpful. Was in town briefly and thought I’d give it a shot! Jordan helped me with sharp observation/diagnosis, immediate relief, and exercises!

★★★★★ — Megan, Sep 2025

Quicken massage curtails to your needs and addresses areas of concern at each visit. Jordan has many years of experience and it shows in his practice. He has extensive knowledge in the human anatomy and has corrected many types of misalignments. I feel refreshed and rejuvenated after each massage. Thank you, Jordan!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
