My neck and back were in pretty bad shape when I got to Health Quest. The team was amazing they gave me hope Ken takes time to explain what’s happening and he gives you technique that you can take with you to help you maintain a strong back and neck in my case.
Nice, clean and friendly place. I won’t go anywhere else now. Staff is nice, personable but still tough with PT when needed. Mel is the one to see. She is amazing with her techniques. The techs are just as nice and fun to be around. I got further than I expected after my knee surgery with their help.
I love this place! Mel is the best therapist a patient could ask for. She truly wants what's best for her patients and is always going the extra mile! This was my first PT experience, and I couldn't be happier that I found such a great PT office with a great team.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
