From the reviews
I was referred to Zack thru a friend and I'm so very thankful for that! I walked into his office basically crying and literally willing to do anything to figure out what to do to get rid of the pain. I pinched a nerve and it really took me down.
Zack is an incredible physical therapist and that’s coming from a fellow PT. As a physical therapist I am not able to treat myself as effectively as having someone else treat me when I have issues come up. I am an avid weightlifter and have occasional aches and pains come up as a result.
Working with Zack has been truly a blessing. I limped in there with a herniated disc (L5/S1), and severe, debilitating sciatic pain down my right leg, and prior to his care, had hit a wall and was feeling really defeated.
I came to Zack with an old neck injury feeling like I was out of options and not knowing if I would ever be able to get some relief. He was very compassionate and heard my concerns and has been extremely thorough at every visit targeting my problem areas and giving me take home regimens that easily fit into my daily…
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
