From the reviews

Sherrell is by far the best massage therapist I’ve been to. With her nursing background and knowledge, she takes time to listen to her clients and will pull out all of the “tricks” (i.e. - cupping, scraping, etc.) to make sure she treats all problem areas properly.

★★★★★ — Jessy, Jun 2025

I just experienced a phenomenal massage by Sherell. It was so relaxing I actually fell asleep. At the same time, my really tight muscles are loose and movement is fluid. I highly recommend Sherell. She does a wonderful massage, individualized for each client.

★★★★★ — Janet, Nov 2023

Sherrell is, without a doubt, the best massage therapist I’ve ever encountered. Her genuine care for her clients extends beyond the physical—she nurtures both body and soul. I’ve been seeing her for a few years now, and each session is a testament to her grace, presence, and unwavering dedication.

★★★★★ — Jill, May 2025

Sherrell, Sherrell, Sherrell. By far the most caring, kind, competent holistic massage therapist I’ve ever had. She goes above and beyond, implementing stretching, cranial sacral and other methods into your massage. Her lymphatic massage techniques are so soothing as well.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
