From the reviews

I sought out care for a really bad neck injury that was bothering me. For seven years the hospital told me they can’t fix it or just gave me medication to cover the symptoms. It had gotten to the point where my entire left arm was numb. Dr.

My visit with Dr. Brooke Scott was just what I needed after going through two rough weeks with back and neck pain. I've been to a handful of chiropractors over the years with mixed results.

★★★★★ — Joseph, Nov 2024

I finished my treatment plan with Pure Health's StemWave technology a week before my husband and I left for a trip to Germany. For more than two years, I've struggled with lowered mobility and pain where I broke my arm falling on ice from my shoulder to my elbow.

I just completed Dr. David’s MedX program, which is the best thing I have done for my scoliosis!!! I’ve had constant discomfort and pain since I was a teenager, and this is the third chiropractic clinic I’ve been to for care.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
