What clients say about the cupping here
“I’ve suffered back pain for years, tried my primary doctor, urgent cares, orthopedics, and none of them helped at all, and just charged me a bunch of money for nothing.”
“They’re professional, attentive, and really take the time to understand what’s going on with my body instead of rushing through the appointment.”
“Wilhelm, and he did an amazing job of treating, explaining what he was doing, and explaining why certain areas may hurt or have some tightness.”
“She has an amazing bedside manner and made me feel extremely comfortable from the start.”
“There system of analysis and treatment was top notch starting with range of motion and movement.”
“We had great conversation, and she even managed to make me laugh through my nervousness.”
From the reviews
I’ve been to a chiropractor before, this is so much more. It involves some simple but very technical scans, as much explanation as you desire for any questions you have, and an amazing Hydro massage. I had Dr. Sam and he is very comfortable to talk with and so respectful. Lower back pain is getting taken care of!
Dr Jon and his team were amazing! They took the time to understand my history and past injuries and I was able to walk out today feeling completely reset! I can’t wait for future appointments
I am a sprinter at Montana State University, and I would have had to medically retire if not for Dr. Jon and Pro Chiropractic. Chronic issues that kept me from competition were resolved or managed within a few visits here. Dr. Jon has an incredible knowledge of the soft-tissue injuries that plague athletes.
I have been looking for full body relief since my previous chiropractor left town, almost 2 year ago! I found it and then some! Dr Jon isn’t only thorough with easy and quick testing, yet super personable and sees you as a human in need. He makes a plan and follows through.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
