I have been to Nanci a couple times now. Her massages are very thorough. I have gotten a deep tissue massage and a Swedish massage. Both were amazing showing her range of very deep and hard massage to a lighter and more relaxing massage. This time she also showed me a little about hot stone massage and then cupping.
Nancy is an amazing person and Massage Therapist, always leave relaxed and happy. I never have met any Therapist that I wanted to see for monthly appointments but I have now!😉
Nanci is exceptional! She really listens to your body. I so badly needed deep tissue therapy and she did so much just in one session. She has multiple techniques to help relieve chronic tension. Also worth nothing ~ such a sweet lady with so much knowledge & experience.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
