The price was extremely affordable and they have packages you can buy which help to save money on future appointments.
I've been coming every other week for three months. Emily is my go to and is AMAZING. I get tension knot thingys and Emily will gently move my arm/leg while using trigger point (?) to really find the problem and work it out. Hell, she poked something in my hip and my neck popped. Flipping Sorcery!
Update: Editing to 5 stars given the management’s response to my concerns and clear focus on customer service. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the massage that I had. I booked 90 Minute Absolute Performance w/ Premium (Specialty Massage) with the intention of it being deep tissue.
I received a deep tissue massage today from Caitlin. I couldn't be happier, ive been in a lot of pain recently and she loosened my shoulders and neck very well. Ill be making this my new consistent massage therapist. Everything about this place was pretty awesome.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
