What clients say about the cupping here
“Hardy and Leith and they are both compassionate and skilled practitioners.”
“( T10 paraplegic) if you are looking for someone who actually listens, cares about you as a patient, and knows what they are talking about.”
From the reviews
So thankful for leith , he is great guy and cool, my wife had a few sessions and he is absolutely great even my wife was 8 month pregnant leith was professional and he knows what he’s doing, it was just fun for me to watch him treating my wife, I will recommend this place 100% especially for pregnant women , thank you…
I see Dr. Hardy and Leith and they are both compassionate and skilled practitioners. They always make me feel welcome, they listen, and they never rush. Their support staff is also caring and excellent.
If I could leave a 10 star review I would. Leith has really gone above and beyond with accommodating things to make me as comfortable as possible in treatment. I am a full time wheelchair user and at times it is difficult to navigate doctors office spaces.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
