From the reviews

I didn't have the opportunity for a massage appointment with Dmitri for several months due to my travel. I definitely was missing them and looked forward to my next appointment since my back and shoulders were hurting. Dmitri did not disappoint. He worked diligently during the 90 minute session to address the issues.

Dmitri has been my massage therapist for nearly 6 years and his skilled and personalized attention to the myriads of issues I come to him with continues to amaze me. His treatments are focused and intense while also considerate of my comfort levels throughout each session.

★★★★★ — Cliff, Oct 2024

Update review: I started in August 2023. I go every 5 weeks. My most recent sessions in march and april were upper body and back. My breathing was restricted by tight lats and ribs. My deep nose breathing during workouts and cold plunging are at least 30 seconds now.

★★★★★ — Ernest, Apr 2026

Absolutely fantastic experience here. Dmitri is a seasoned pro. Literally the best massage I've ever had. Can't wait for my next one. I have lots of scar tissue in my neck and back from sports injuries as well as needing regular maintenance from playing drums.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
