From the reviews
Dianna provided a wonderful, professional, therapeutic massage and I highly recommend. I’ve had tightness in my shoulders the last month resulting in headaches and limited mobility and finally have some relief after our session today!
Josh is very professional and knowledgeable. I had not made time for several years for a massage and he recognized me which felt very personal and appreciated to not feel like just another number.
If you're looking for a proper medical massage looking to treat injuries, pains. Don't look further. I'm visiting CSprings, but I have been nursing an injury, and I booked after I looked at the website. I arrived and it's a clean office building. It is fairly easy to find office on the second.
I had the best massage of my life with Dianna-lynne- she is a magician with a wealth of knowledge. I felt like I was getting a master-class on how to get more in-tune with my body and what it needs thanks to her use of various modalities and providing step-by-step insight into the why's of specific techniques.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
