I felt like a new person. It's such a nice feeling to be pain free. Everyone is so caring. Also, the providers do their best to help one feel better and get healthy. I had acupuncture with Dr. Yo Long. All the massage therapists are specialists and provide comfort and healing using different techniques.
Ease of scheduling. No hassle, no up selling. Just do what we are there to do and that's it. I'm not bothered with bieng sold a membership and scheduling gets back to me quickly. My therapist is great and doesn't try to talk to me the whole time. She let's me relax and enjoy my massage.
The professionalism is top rate. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Many different treatment offerings. And the pricing is perfect. I am coming back to receive all the other treatment offerings, chiropractor, acupuncture soon chi nei tsang therapy, plus the tried and true massage. Top notch and very educational.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
