From the reviews

…I especially enjoyed the cupping and hot stone portions of the treatment, those were excellent and a highlight of the experience.

★★★★☆ — Debra, Feb 2026

…My massage included hot stones, stretching, hot towels and cupping, and it made such a difference. I carry a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders, and I left feeling noticeably lighter, more relaxed, and deeply relieved of that tension. The entire experience felt thoughtful, professional, and restorative.

★★★★★ — Joslyn, Dec 2025

…The cupping and hot stones were a wonderful inclusion. There is time left before and after bookings so there is no rush and you're able to connect with your therapist. Zias is so friendly and truly cares about the long term, holistic well being of his clients. Will definitely be booking here again!

★★★★★ — Charis, May 2026

…They have many services inclusive of cupping, hot stones, and also have couples options and more! They are very diligent with their draping of clients which made me feel very secure and respected when I usually would have personal anxieties in previous experiences elsewhere. I highly recommend this facility.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
