From the reviews

The best massage ever. Been there twice and both times I left feeling refreshed. Have been having back pain for the last 8 months. First time I went, had the full body massage and the cupping therapy. Wow! I do recommend this place, but if you decide to do the cupping therapy, it'll hurt, but it's worth it.

very savvy masseuses and incredibly kind management. They are experienced with acupressure and deep tissue massage. Every time I receive a treatment here I find deep relief (I have several herniated disks and cervical problems).

I've been going to this place for 3 years now. I tried other places, but always my first choice has remained Panda Massage. I leave feeling amazing. After I finished writing my review, I read others' comments. And I have something to say.

Whether you are looking to loosen up after a stressful day or looking for the best places to go for your weekend getaways, a good rub down will be most satisfying. Massage can improve blood circulation, release those muscle tension, and give your body the much-needed care and support.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
