From the reviews
Dr. Orr has been treating me for about 4 weeks and I see considerable improvement. He is knowledgeable, attentive to my concerns, and proficient in a variety of chiropractic techniques. He tailors treatment to the individual. The atmosphere of his office is safe, relaxing, quiet, and conducive to healing.
I have seen chiropractors regularly since I was a child, and Dr. Orr has helped me more than any of the others in the past! I have been seeing him for a few years and recommend him regularly. He helped me relieve pain and discomfort throughout my entire last pregnancy, and has also adjusted our newborn and 3 year old.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough good things about this chiropractor office! My back pain came out of nowhere, and a customer recommended I come here. The doctor even stayed later on a Saturday just to see me, that alone says so much about the level of care and dedication.
Dr. Orr has been very easy to work with. He is prompt and respectful of your time, thoroughly explains what he is doing, makes recommendations if needed, uses several techniques, and he doesn't rush. I feel heard and cared for. My discomfort has improved dramatically in a short period of time.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
