From the reviews

…After she put my discs back into place she did acupuncture and cupping on the tendon that had been damaged and by the time i left the office my lower back felt and even looked amazing. It’s been a week and a half and my back is still feeling amazing. I recommend you go to Dr.

Dr lian, had went in twice now, first time I was having issues with pinched nerves neck and back, she did the hot needle acupuncture along with other techniques and cupping. I left feeling like jello. The migrain i had for two months were gone. I highly recommend her.

Being referred to Dr Becky was a wonderful event in my Life. It changed the course of my health and introduced me to the healing properties of Eastern medicine. Western medicine is symptom based healing, while Eastern medicine takes a more holistic approach, with the goal of restoring balance and treating the person…

Dr Becky has been such a healing powerhouse. I have suffered from long term back pain from an injury in the military, and she has been seeing me on and off for several years. She is an honest to god healer. She cares so deeply for all her patients and he come in to meet me on days when she is off.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
