From the reviews
I was referred to Lori, after spending $200 plus for massages a week. I was skeptical about Acupuncture,I did not know enough. Lori was amazing, explaining the procedures, and what They could help with. I suffer from a pinched nerve and shoulder pain and numbness in my arm for over six months.
Lori is one of a kind. She listens deeply and works with your mind and body. The office is conveniently located in Fullerton and offers a few of my favorites treatments such as acupuncture, cupping and fascia release.
Tech neck be gone! I've had pains in my neck, head and shoulder for years and had gone to doctors and physical therapy. This is my first time trying acupuncture and myofascial release. After a few active sessions with Dr. Lori, I feel so much better. My aches and pains are mostly gone and better managed.
I can’t say enough amazing things about Dr. Lori Hsu at OC Acupuncture & Herbs. After nearly a decade of struggling with SIBO, digestive issues, bloating, gas, and constant abdominal distention, I had honestly forgotten what it felt like to have a normal, pain-free meal.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
