Rachel is a fantastic Massage therapist..... I highly recommend her
If you are looking for a great massage, look no further. Rachel is by far the best massage therapist I have been to. She found all my problem areas, thoroughly worked on each one, and I left feeling much better than when I walked in.
I have had massages all over the world for years and Rachel by far is the best I have ever had. She takes the time to understand pain points and has great attention to detail. She is consistent in her approach and has really helped ease my pain.
Had 2nd massage of my life today, both have been with Rachel. I HIGHLY recommend her as a massage therapist!!!! Firm, yet soft, massage strokes.....already scheduled 3rd massage in 2 months!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
