My wife and I arrived from out of town after a day of driving. Lisa was my wife's therapist and Vicky was mine. We both have pretty much the same comments- these are two excellent massage therapists we would give them 10 out of 5 stars if we could- and we have had countless massages.

The massage therapists here are very skilled. They work hard to please seeking feedback at appropriate intervals. They are very timely and use much more of the time booked than so many of the other businesses that wait 5 min, talk 5 min and end 5 min early. It’s not fancy but the skill is there!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
